"We arrived at terminal 4. There want an airport shuttle from this terminal and there was no mention of this anywhere. It cost GBP 28 to go 5 miles to hotel. There was a shuttle back in the morning that cost GBP 7 each"

"Fantastic location. Room spacious and facilities too. Didn’t use the gym…but used the bar 😂. Easy access to tubes, and Elizabeth line and dlr. food decent but not super exciting. Bit frustrating they add service charge to bar bill. Otherwise would stay again for another excel tradeshow"

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"Stayed at this hotel whenever in London.New owners now call it STG. First dont go before 2.15 on the dot they will not be flexible as previously. Only one pillow and the flimsiest duvet. The matress was dated 2011 and left me with a bad back. They send you a txt after check in any requests for me ..."
