Excellent location but tiny room

The location is very convenient which is around 10 mins walk from Paddington station. However, there is no escalator in the building and therefore we need to carry our luggage upstairs. Also the room is very small, it is just enough to open one luggage then already occupied most area of the room. It would be great for a one-night stay.

The hotel is clean and modern, however there is no lift so it is not recommended for ppl who are with large baggage. The receptionist is helpful. The breakfast is just cereal, fruit and milk.

Nice location but hotel itself needs improvement

The location is excellent! We can go everywhere easily either by train or bus. Our room located on Ground floor. Quite noisy at night and morning, but the hotel provided ear plugs which is quite considering. However, the cleanness can be improved since the bed sheet is quite dirty and we asked for house keeping they said they can only do it weekly so our room can not be cleaned.

Paddington Station 附近很合適的短住洒店，從車站走路，不需10分鐘便到，十分方便。須然單人房間偏小，但整潔。

Clean, good location, friendly staff

The stay was clean, a bit tiny but cosy. The location was really good, safe, and easy to travel around. The staffs were very nice and willing to offer helps.

Good for those with light luggage

It's easy to find the hotel and receptionist is nice - the only bad thing is that there is no lift in the hotel, so you gotta carry your luggage upstairs.

照片和房間實際大小差很大，沒有電梯，14天的行程被安排在四樓，二個女生差點斷氣！浴室超級無敵小，也沒有提供沐浴用品，也沒有肥皂置放空間，是這趟行程印象最不OK，CP值最糟的經驗。

Perfect location

The hotel is newly decorated, and the two receptionists are so nice and help, the hotel style is warm and modern, plus the location is perfect and neighborhood are very safe, highly recommend, will stay next time.

Gloria, the attendant is just amazing!!!! I was in the second floor and for me the stair didn't worry me. The only problem was the mattress. Very uncomfortable, because there was a hole on it. They did not clean my room because of the covid-19 and I was not happy for it too. The rest of the experience was nice.

I stayed at this property for 12 nights. Within the 12 nights I did not receive room service once- not once. I had to ask for clean linen even though they said weekly cleaning. The first room I was given had the lock broken and it took two nights to change my room...even though the hotel was practically empty. I was forced to leave my valuables in the unlocked room while I went to work. Then, in the new room, the Aircon/ hearing unit was broken. I notified the concierge/ Porter and she said it would take a few days to be fixed as it was down I. The whole building. it never was fixed while I was there. What a miserable time I had here and will never recommend. NEVER.

O local é muito bom mesmo. Dois quarteiroes da estação de Paddington. A Glória que nos atendeu é demais. Uma fofa. Únicos 2 pontos negativos são: colchão desgastado de uso (buraco no meio) e a limpeza no quarto e banheiro eu tive que fazer pois limpam 1 vez a cada 7 dias. Tudo novinho, area comum bem limpa e bem arrumadinho.

It was pretty much as advertised: small rooms and steps to get to them (ie no lift). Really easy location for access to tube (both Paddington and Lancaster Gate), lots of restaurant options, right by Hyde Park and close to Kensington Gardens. Little communal kitchen with a couple of mini-fridges and microwave, multiple laundry machines a floor above. A tiny bit thin-walled but generally very quiet clientele. Many women business travellers (at least that was my impression from minimal convo in kitchen) which I always look at as a good sign (for disclosure I am male, but a little up in years). The place grew on me, despite small room, mainly because of great location.

Great location, very close to Paddington underground and very accessible to good restaurants and food around the vicinity. Only drawback for me was the room I’ve got was facing the mainroad, so could be a little tad noisy. Would visit again!
