Unplanned stay near Heathrow

A room was needed due to a missed flight, and the room we got had beds with clean sheets. The receptionist was pleasant and polite, and check-in was without trouble. The room had a faint musty smell when we entered and the place generally was wery worn down. There was quite a lot of noise from outside after bedtime. The room fulfilled the need at the moment, but I would not recommend it for any planned stay.

This property shouldn’t be called “hotel” This is just a motel grade. Everything was terrible. Stained bedsheet, stained carpet. Everywhere was damped. Staff made noise until 2am

My flight was canceled and delayed two days later. I got this "hotel" as last option for the second night since all hotels near the airport were booked. The bath towel smelled like mold. There was mold in shower edges. Water temperature was hard to control. Carpet had old stains and the wall had questionable stains. Only stay here if no where else to go that is near the airport.

Don’t do it!

My advice to anyone who’s looking at this, if you are really desperate for somewhere to sleep then I suggest you sleep under the hedge because if this is a three star hotel, then the hedge will definitely be a five star hotel. There was no way I could bring my wife to this place after a long haul flight halfway round the world so I walked out and found somewhere else.

The 3 starts are directed at the total convenience. 10 Minute walk from the train station that gets you directly into central London and a 5 minute drive from Heathrow. Free secure parking is also a great help. Unfortunately, the property is very run down inside, room/bathroom could have been cleaner and a lot of updates required. Staff were lovely and would love to return in the future to see improvement, wish all the best for the owners and staff!

The condition of the building is deplorable. The first room they gave me had a broken window with no handle on a busy street. The second room they gave me was very dirty and needed major maintenance peeling walls stains on the walls and badly stained carpet.

This Hotel is horrible, there is no area clean. Beds are about to fall apart, carpet and walls have stains everywhere and the bathrom is the worst. We booked for one night, and we couldn't even spend the night there. I have never seen a hotel in so poor condition. We had to find another hotel for the night. I will no recommend staying there.

Cleanliness: Average — but irrelevant compared to safety concerns. Location: Unsafe for solo travelers, especially women arriving late. Not as advertised. Facilities: Do not match the photos. The listing is misleading. Staff: Receptionist was polite and helpful (the only positive point). Overall Experience: Extremely negative. I left after 15 minutes due to safety concerns and booked another hotel at my own expense. Comments (main box): The photos on the website are fabricated and do not represent the real hotel or area. The surroundings felt unsafe for a woman traveling alone, and I did not feel comfortable staying. I had to leave immediately and book another hotel. This was a shocking and stressful experience. The only positive was the receptionist’s kindness, but overall the listing is misleading and unsafe.

Cheaper for a reason

First negative was being informed that they had put me in the wrong room - having already wrongly given the same room to someone before me. My first nights sleep was interupted in the early hours by someone banging on the front door. 2nd night interupted by lots of movement and noise in the hallway - soundproofing is a definite issue. Rooms were 'clean' in terms of no litter but overall in poor condition - marks on the walls and carpet - stains/marks on bedding - furniture in poor condition - poor lighting in out dated 'ensuite'
