The location was perfect. Quiet, near Harrods and Hyde Park, and we had a well apointed room. I gave it 4 stars as the elevator was out of service while we were there. Fortunately we were on the 2nd Floor.

This property is one of my favorite hotels in London. The decor by famous interior designer kit kemp, the staff and the bedding were amount my favorite things. The bedding is a nice too. I particularly liked the handwritten note upon arrival in my room. It was a really nice touch by the property manager, Rachel.

Very nice stay - highly recommended
great room, great staff, great breakfast experience. My only complaint was they put me on one of the below-street-level rooms. Windows do not open (which is a must for me) but they quickly offered me a 3rd floor room which was great.

A lovely hotel in a secluded rode off Knightsbridge. Very convenient for the Hyde Park concert we were going to. Room service dinner and breakfast were great as were the staff.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are amazing and location hard to beat. Got 2 rooms for a family of 5 and was perfect. Staff helped us with transportation and the English Breakfast was spot on.

I had a wonderful stay at the Knightsbridge hotel. The staff were warm and friendly. The location was amazing; walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We were steps away from Harrods. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The property is amazingly clean, warm and welcoming, and I could not say enough great things about the staff! They were friendly, accommodating, and unbelievably nice. This is our favorite hotel in London by far!

We had a very nice stay here as always. Rooms was of a very good size and extremely comfortable - only negative was that the room was on the lower ground floor directly beneath the library which was very noisy every time someone walked above so we were woken up very early. Apart form that it was lovely.

Charming small hotel in excellent location. Room was a good size and furnished in a cosy way. Clean, well maintained. Staff is lovely although it felt understaffed at breakfast. Otherwise a great choice for west London shopping and museums.

The bathrooms are small and fininished in grey granite which is very depressing. The hot handle at the sink was loose, the tubs are high off the ground and once in very slippery. Some of the wait staff at breakfast did not understand english well which meant that it was hard to comunicate with them and they were slow, very slow. There are not enough tables at breakfast so you have to eat off a coffee table or your lap, sometimes.

Hotel is more like a B&B as opposed to 5 star hotel it's sold as. As a B&B it was OK, but it's far from being a 5 star hotel
