This is not a hotel. This is a scam/dorm

This is a dorm, not a hotel. Show up at 2:45 and you have to wait 15 min before you can check in. Staff drinks on the job.

Lasted all of 5 minutes in the room after check in before leaving to stay elsewhere. The room looked nothing like the photos and was dirty. There was black hair in the bed and on both pillows and mould in the shower. When we brought this to the attention of the staff we were simply brushed off with no mention or offer of a refund. Will be telling friends to do themselves a favour and stay elsewhere

Enjoyable stay

This hotel was well located for the london eye and for walking into the city over numerous bridges. It was clean and functional but very basic. The apartment had 2 double beds in separate rooms which allowed for a decent nights sleep despire there being a fair bit of noise coming from the streets. The only complaint was the diections from waterloo station to the hotel which were very confusing.

We stayed for 3 nights. PROS: - Very cheap at $60/night in London - Walking distance to the Jubilee line (4 minute walk) - Nice pub across the street for food/drinks - Dorm Style rooms, with a small kitchen with a refrigerator and stovetop, a half-bath room (toilet and sink), and shower room (standing shower, and sink), and 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage and individual full sized beds. CONS - No AC and we were dying in those rooms from the heat of the day. - Windows don't fully open, so we couldn't air them out - Beds were threadbare, we could feel the springs of the mattress. - Nothing much to do in the area, we had to walk a ways, taxi or take the tube every single time we went out - Checking in took forever since there was a small staff, and our rooms weren't clean for check in till almost 5pm. If they were to add air conditioner, or at least AC towers or fans, and upgrade the mattress, this hotel would improve so much that the rest of the issues would be fine. At this point though, i would suggest staying somewhere else. If it's your first time in London and you want to do the tourist spots, I would suggest staying in Westminster/Pimlico areas, as nearby you'll find the Abbey, the Palace, Parliament, Big Ben, and plenty of tube lines to take you everywhere else you'd like to go. They are more expensive areas for sure, but you'll save time and money staying near those areas instead of paying for taxis or walking miles and miles to get anywhere.

Désilution

Tout d'abord, dès notre arrivé, il était prévu que la chambre soit disponible à 15h et cela ne fut pas le cas, nous avons du attendre presque 45min dans le hall. Ensuite nous avons eu un problème de clé tous les jours, dès notre départ de chambre le matin, et le retour le soir, la clé s'était désactivée. Donc redescendre sans arrêt en réception était vraiment embêtant. Puis les photos du site n'étaient qu'une illusion, la chambre n'était en aucun cas confortable, les ressorts étaient horrible, le lit très petit pour 2 personnes, et pour couronner le tout, la pièce à vivre (salon, télé, ping-pong, terrasse …) n'était pas du tout fidèle au site encore une fois. Sur le site on voir un billard, alors que sur place c'est une table de ping-pong, et la télé ne fonctionnait pas … dommage. de l'extérieur, tout semble moderne et vraiment sympa mais de plus près, les défauts sont vite flagrants. Une dernière chose ; une cuisine sans aucune vaisselle est totalement inutile, pas même une tasse pour déjeuner le matin, ou bien une bouilloire.

El lugar es aceptable en cuanto a instalaciones. Y esta muy bien ubicado. Pero la atención del personal es pesima. Y es muy sucio. Sinceramente no ayudan en nada. Da lo mismo que estén ahí o no. Las habitaciones no tienen musiquita un ventilador. No tienen utensilios de cocina. Ni jabón en el balo. El día del check out pedí dejar mi valija en el hotel hasta la tarde dado que mi vuelo era por la noche y no me dejaron. Ni aún pagando. Un desastroso.

Die Lage ist super, der Preis war auch gut. Leider ist es unglaublich dreckig. Wir haben erst einmal Putzmittel und Schwämme gekauft. Mi hat gesaugt, nicht gewischt. Nichts. Silberfischchen überall. Woher die Fotos stammen, keine Ahnung. Mit der Realität haben sie nichts zu tun.

Excellent stay, cheap, clean, well located

Overall it was excellent stay for very cheap price. Good location. Room was better than expected - roomy, clean, a small kitchenette. Easy check in & check out. Check out was a bit early at 10am - 11 or 12 would be better! No complaints & would recommend.

Perfecte ligging tov de metro en trein en de bezienswaardigheden. Wij hadden met vier personen een app. Deze is basic qua inrichting, maar helemaal prima voor een citytrip. Schoon, wc en douche apart, keukentje met koelkast. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The hotel location was good. What we don't like is they charge a lot for storing luggage. We arrived early when the room was not available. That was fine, but when we asked them to store our luggage we were told we had to pay. We got charged about $17 for the storing the luggage for a few hours! We travel a lot and this was the first time we got charged for storing the luggage at the hotel. Plus, we prepaid on Expedia but got charged additional $12.25 without any explanation or receipt.

Preis-Leistung Verhältnis war schlecht. Das Appartement hatte zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bett (1.20 Breit). Wir hatten ursprünglich -so wie von Expedia empfohlen- für vier Personen gebucht und haben dann kurzfristig noch ein zweites Hotel buchen müssen, da es viel zu eng war. Die Duschkabine war auch nicht sauber.... Alles in einem, nicht empfehlenswert.
