This was our first time in London, so I can’t compare it to other hotels. However, it’s not your typical hotel room experience. It feels more like an apartment building, so keep that in mind when booking. I did feel that it was overpriced, but hey, that’s London—everything is overpriced there.
The room lacked air conditioning, which was a downside, especially during the extremely hot couple of days we stayed. We had sticky, sweaty nights, but I’ve learned my lesson: if traveling on hot summer nights, look for hotels with air conditioning.
On the bright side, the location was great. There were plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance of Kings Cross.
