Myself & my daughter had a lovely stay. We was greeted by Aiza and she was very polite & attentive to us, explained that the bottled water, hot drinks were complementary in the room. It was my daughter’s birthday & they had put balloons in the room which was unexpected & a lovely touch. Bed was very comfortable & hotel is very close to the museum

Nice clean hotel. Lovely staff. The size of the shower cubicle in our room though was so tiny - I would guess 60x60 so not ideal. Other than that, lovely.

A lovely hotel close to everything you need. I stayed here for 6 nights from June 18-25th. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and again the staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again because it is great location close to museums, public transit and great restaurants.

Excellent stay, so convenient for Royal Albert Hall. Room very comfortable, continental breakfast in sister hotel across the road was very good. Very attentive and friendly staff in both hotels.

Great location & very friendly staff. The only negative thing was concerning the bathroom door. It went inwards and there was no space as it went up against the toilet. I had to go into the shower so I could move the door to be able to use the toilet and do the same to get out.

The good bits: the venue was very close to South Kensington train station and the Natural History Museum. Also very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and were helpful when asked. Room was clean and had complimentary water, tea/coffee, and biscuits. Lovely shampoo and body wash too. Air con was a godsend in this hot weather. The not so great bits: room was in between floors, with three steep steps from the bathroom up to the sleeping area. There were burn marks on the carpet and the room did not look like any of the images online. There was no phone or fridge. My daughter and l stayed for three nights, after the second night we left the sign on the door to clean the room got back around 22.30 and room not done. No phone so googled number but got no response. Emailed the reception address in card but kept bouncing, had to go back to reception to ask for water, tea, and for bin to be emptied. Overall it was a good stay, but we were only in the hotel to sleep we'd go back because of the location and the staff, particularly the young man on the reception desk on Sunday, but would not take the same room. Please put some extra clothes hooks in the bathrooms there was nowhere to put clothes.

Quiet property in the middle of Kensington. Minutes walk to V and A and the Natural History Museum. Staff were very nice. Spacious bathroom. Didn’t offer breakfast. Had to go across the street and pay $15.95 if you wanted breakfast. No hair dryer. Old facilities. Heating/cooling system did not work. Tiny 2 foot by 2 foot elevator.

Room was extremely tired looking. Paper hanging off the wall in several places, water leak from room above wet and stained ceiling. Shower cubicle leaked all over the bathroom. Room could do with a very good clean and redecorating. If we were staying more than one night, we would have looked for alternative accommodation. Breakfast was served in the hotel over the road, at 7.05 am all the cooked food was nearly cold.
