Suggestion

The location of the hotel is quite good. The staffs are friendly. The laundry machines and the driers in the basement are well-designed and serves the hotel guests needs. Somehow, there is no pot, cooker and other necessaries to complement the kitchen facilities within the room, otherwise it will be perfect. The communication effectiveness with the housekeeping staffs can be further imrproved.

整體都好滿意，再去倫敦都會考慮

所有野都好舒適，地點係好好，不過價錢本身都唔算話好平，如果佢執房方面可以隔日或3日一次（酒店本身寫7日一次，如需執房要另加錢），同埋至少每日有人來倒垃圾就 perfect。不過一分錢一分貨，整體都係好滿意，仲有個廚房未有機會試，下次去倫敦都會考慮😌

They didn't change my sheets once during my stay or vacuum the floors. Any time i left and returned, there were still water bottle caps in the same place they were left and all they did was remake the bed. (I could have easily done that myself if thats the case) Also, not sure if this is just a European thing but they don't give you wash cloths which i thought was odd

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal hatten wir ein 2-Zimmer-Appartement. Der 3. Erwachsene hatte ein Klappbett (für große und schwere Menschen wohl nicht so geeignet). Die Betten sind bequem, die Matratzen gut. Zur Ausstattung im Zimmer gehört eine Einbauküche. Es gibt keine Toilettenbürsten in dem Hotel, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und sind eher klein und die Zimmer werden nur 1x die Woche grundgereinigt (Bettwäschewechsel). Mit dem Toilettenpapier geht das Hotel sparsam um, manchmal muss man nachfordern. Handtücher und Duschtücher bekommt man täglich, Betten werden auch täglich gemacht. Die Zimmer sind nicht hellhörig und Lüftung und Klimaanlage lassen sich individuell einstellen und funktionieren sehr gut. Wir hatten ein technisches Problem, das umgehend behoben wurde. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist reichhaltig und wird bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Frühstücksraum, in der Bar und auch das Houskeeping ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gute Lage: Overground und Tube sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, der Bus in die City hält genau vor der Hoteltüre. Das riesige Einkaufcenter Westfield ist ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, um die Ecke, bzw nebenan sind 2 kleine Theater und an der Ecke gegenüber ein nettes Pub. Der Stadtteil ist belebt, multikulti, wir haben uns auch abends nie unsicher gefühlt. Es gibt sehr viele Fast-Food-Läden ganz in der Nähe und auch einen Lidl und einen Supermarkt im Westfield.

The best thing about the property was it's polite staff. The housekeeping was the poorest and need a lot of improvement especially the cleaning and supply of toilette need to be standardized. The room we were given originally had a strong odor, the carpets were stained and even the sofas and chairs in both rooms were stained. There was so much dust everywhere in the room. The apartment studio suite did not have sufficient pots and pans and warming dishes and msseda lot of things. The rooom lacked information sheet for the facility. Besides all tgese, I had to see the laundry and as soon as I openedthe laundry room it smelled like a swage and three out of 5 washing machines were out of service. E HH ivh I ended up not having my cloths washed. The vacuum cleaner was left in the hallway for the duration of our stay and on our the ii Rd nights of stay anig bag of dirty towels was left in our room. I will ever go back to that hotel

Property was tidy and clean. However the communication of staff is extremely poor. They never replied to my email request prior to our attendance and whilst at the location we had to call reception 3 times to ask for basic pans for the kitchen as they failed to bring those up. Apart from that our stay was fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. A bit more modern than the actual Dorsett hotel next door.

Very walkable area with the Dao being the best hotel in the Shepherd Bush community. Great shopping with the Westfield Mall being only a 5 minute walk. We were moved to another room because the first room AC went out. Hotel staff promptly moved us to a comfy room with great AC.

Be careful if you stay here.

Arrived at 1515. Room not ready although check in said to be from 1500. Told it would be 20 mins. Given drink voucher (only cheap beer wine or water). Told someone would call us when room ready. They didn't. Ordered a cocktail. Told it would be 15 mins. It took over half an hour. Had to get barman to get more help to achieve that. Had to ask about room after an hour. Freezer door left open and all iced up. Went for happy hour. Cocktails watered down. Charged full rate. On check out attempted theft by charging for drinks already paid for at time and full rate for happy hour. Claimed this was "a system failure". No admission of the fact that humans input the data in the first place. Grudging apology at best.

友人と2人で２泊利用しました。 ツインベッドで予約したのに、ワンベッドでフロントに変更を伝えたが変更してくれず、２泊目も頼んだが変更出来なかった。 空きがないのだろうが説明もないし、料金も高かったので差額を返金して欲しい。 トイレットペーパーが2人で一つしかなく、フロントに朝頼んだが後で持っていくと言われたが来ない。2回頼んでも来なかった。 結局出かけて夕方再度頼んでやっと持ってきてくれた。頼んでもいないベッドメーキングだけされててペーパーの補充がないのが不満。
