Lisa was incredible, she always greeted me at breakfast and told me spots to checkout and god bless her heart she even printed out maps with directions for me in case I didn’t have a phone with gps (I did). I flew into London city and it was a 5 min walk with my luggage and I didnt have any issues at all.

Booked at the last minute over a bank holiday weekend. Amazing value for a lovely room, free wifi and gym facilities. The staff were very approachable, and we were greeted (with a smile!) on entry and exit each morning and evening. The property is within walking distance to the DLR and London City Airport. Convenient, clean and value for money - we couldn’t be happier. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I ordered fish and chips, the fish was terribly spoilt and smelt so awful. I complained and the kitchen came to retrieve the food. I was promised a refund, upon checkout on the 16th of July I spoke to the Senior Guest Relations Manager who gave me his card and once again promised to send an email and have the cost of the food refunded. As at writing this review today 8th August, no refund and no email update. This is terrible, serving guests spoilt food that could lead to health issues!

The hotel itself is absolutely fine, be aware, no phone signal in the room if you have calls to make. Front desks struggled to cope with sudden volume of travellers whose flights were cancelled however all staff were very polite and apologetic. Overall a good experience.

The hotel has a good location close to airport on foot. They do not provide a shuttle service for the travellers who have luggage. The TV signal was terrible as it kept blocking. No Bonvoy points when booking wth a second provider.

Brand new, cozy and clean hotel. Quite. A good 10 minutes walk from London City Airport. Very convenient for our early morning flight.

Great location for City Airport. Room was very comfortable, very quiet and a good bed. Drinks were very expensive (£21 for a beer and a wine), and the breakfast could have been better.

Nice property directly next to LCY airport, public transport is nearby for buses and DLR. staff were friendly and helpful only issue wish there was more staff manning front desk during busy hours as I waited nearly 15 minutes to collect my bags. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it’s nice that water dispenser is available on the floor of your room.
