Tolle Lage. Wir könnten viel zu Fuss erkunden. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten, Essensmärkte und Lokale, Pubs alles um die Ecke. Kommunikation mit Bob und Team war super. Alles lief reibungslos. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der Druck in der Dusche. Es kommt recht wenig Wasser raus.

Highly recommend, it is probably the best property I have been to and I travelled quite a lot recently. It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card. Just maybe few more tea bags/coffee. Beds comfy and rooms warm, large and clean.

Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place.

Nice and clean, also a good location! Overall a very pleasant stay. The only con was that the walls were quite thin, so the apartment was rather cold and traffic sounds were loud.

Good location but no lift and lots of stairs! Automatic lights didn’t come on when going downstairs until last 2 steps on last flight before entry. Pretty dark in evening. Our first room was great! Large room, awesome view, except it probably had the most stairs to get to it compared to other units. The unit hall lights didn’t work, so very dark entry at night. We are 2 older females and didn’t feel safe. Asked to be moved to a lower unit due to lighting concerns and stairs. Were accommodated the next day and crew even moved our luggage. The 2nd room was much smaller and didn’t have same conveniences as 1st room but we made it work. No ironing board, only 1 small mirror (medicine cabinet in the toilet), and no outlets in the toilet. There was an extension cord in the bedroom that we moved closer to the toilet for the hairdryer. The bath/shower is a very high step to get in for a short, older person so having a safety bar installed would be highly recommended. Rooms were clean and extra supplies were available in a storage closet in the entry. Good location close to a Tube station. Great for Tube travel around the city but this station has no lift so not great for traveling with heavier or multiple pieces of luggage. Area is international with lots of good restaurants, especially a few blocks over in Banglatown. Highly recommend The Jack the Ripper tour that starts close by. It was very interesting!
