I appreciated the fact they are not serving buffet but a proper breakfast menu with plenty of choices. It was a delightful way to kickstart each day of my stay. During my breakfast at Tozi Cafe, I had the pleasure of encountering one of the hotel's exceptional team members. This tall boy, always donning a bright smile, went above and beyond to ensure guests were taken care of. His attentive and passionate service made my dining experience all the more enjoyable and memorable. Art'otel Battersea surpassed all my expectations, providing an unforgettable experience. With its artistic charm, friendly service, and outstanding breakfast at Tozi Cafe, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone seeking a truly special retreat. We traveled with our 3 month old and this was a great location for families! You step out of the hotel and are surrounded by nice restaurants and stores. Very convenient if you forget something in a pinch. It’s a little far from some of the big attractions, but we enjoyed taking the water taxi and cabs to view the hot spots of London. The property was clean and well appointed, my only complaint is that the hallways are dark and our room continuously had issues with the lights. They kept turning on and off during our stay.

I was expecting a five star hotel visit and it was not. At best it was three star some of the pluses, unique art throughout furnished like an upscale W hotel area areas for improvement. The staff was not well trained, forgiving great service. The food in the downstairs restaurant was just OK. Service was good there.

Nice hotel. Very unique decor and nice rooftop pool. The service standard was average. Checking in was disorganized, restaurant staff were consistently slow, and housekeeping came very late in the day after we had already returned from a full day of sightseeing in London.
