"The hotel overall was lovely, staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed that, the room a decent size, however the reason I downgraded the stars was the bed, let’s face it, the reason most people stop at a hotel is to sleep somewhere nearer the venue they are going, our bed was way too soft, most hotels I go to have medium firm beds, this thing might as well have been a waterbed. Both of us were not able to get comfortable properly because as soon as 1 of us moved the other 1 moved around aswell."

"The location was good. However Internet connection was non-existent during my stay. The staff were not helpful as they referred everything to a manager who was never on site. It caused great inconvenience. I could not work from the room. Apart from Arham, none of the staff attempted to provide any updates. Service needs to be improved and I am surprised by Expedia’s 4 star rating. No s as prologue or compensation was offered!"

"The hotel was very close to the rail system. It also offered food service to your room (stopping late evening) there is a bar and restaurant as well. The only issue we had was the AC was not cooling the room. We had to request a fan b/c we weren’t getting any sleep. Otherwise, it was a very good stay"

"If you just need a bed for the night it’s ok but don’t expect a lot. If you can actually find your room through the maze of corridors you’re doing well. Opening the door to our room we were met by a very strong smell of cigarettes, very off putting. Room was a decent size for a family of 3 but the beds were solid as a rock. My back the next morning was in bits, at one point I considered sleeping on the sofas in reception! The bathroom was dirty and good luck if you’re in room 238 and want to use the toilet. I’m 6ft tall and my knees touched the wall in front of the loo and my nose was almost touching the toilet paper. Our room faced the road and you could feel the beds shake when a big vehicle passed. There was damp in the corner of the room and beds looked like a dog had chewed the corner. Not very well maintained at all. Breakfast was free and for the continental it was fine with a choice of cereal, yogurts and fruit. Cooked breakfast was diabolical bacon and sausages was solid as if they had been cooked the night before. Eggs were like rubber and tasteless. I had a few bites and decided to opt for a McDonalds breakfast instead. Can honestly say I will not return to this hotel."
