"Basics in room (bedside light, air conditioning) didn't work. Shower was awful, a mere trickle of water. Omly one flannel provided when there were 2 of us. Bedside table the size of a playing card. Lighting horrible, either off or blazing bright., no dimmers. Restaurant food mediocre and drink prices high. Room layout bsdly designed with not enough space to put stuff and pointless 'office' area which served no useful purpose. Not enough sockets in the room. Iron was cheap and nasty. ...

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...
