「Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room」

「The staff Juliet is helpful!the room is big and the surroundings are quiet.we used the garage and the packing is not easy cause the gate is not big.overall the place is good and safe.」

「Great location. Because it is very central (5 mins walk to the ferry and Como Lago train station) you may hear some noise from people passing on the street below. Accommodation was very well equipped. NB there is no lift and most of the accommodation offered was on the 3rd floor. Near plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and gelaterias. Cathedral within 4 mins walk and church round the back of the apartment so you may hear the odd bell bong-ing.」

「Great!」

「Housekeeping was quite bad. I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast at 10xx in the morning. I didn’t expect that the housekeeping would come clean my room that early. So I didn’t pick up the open but unused condom from the floor… the housekeeping picked it up and put it right on my necklace. I mean, the table was quite big. 「Very nice accommodation close to Milano Centrale. Quiet and well appointed.」

「Todo muy bien」

「The apartments were lovely; spacious, clean and well equipped. We weren’t aware of the specific apartment we’d get and had an issue with a spiral staircase in ours we weren’t aware of but the team was great and got us relocated to an alternative. Really clear instructions and super central to walk everywhere, highly recommend」

「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」
