「Small eclectic quiet hotel with high quality renovation of a historic building. Excellent staff especially Giuseppe (Joseph). Como itself was somewhat disappointing but not the hotel!」

「close to Metro Maciachini about 10 minutes walk. Supermarket and McDonald's and 3 chinese restaurants around. Tidy and comfortable , value for money.」

「Great location and decent accommodation. However we felt the check out time on a Sunday of 10am was just a bit early. We did ask for late check out but were told no because of cleaning. We found a cafe on the corner and didn’t see anyone enter before midday so slightly annoyed.」

「L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce. Giovanna était très réactive. Les instructions sont très claires. L'appartement est proche du métro et du centre ville mais au calme, propre et à proximité des commerces. Le seul bémol, c'est l'interdiction de fumer sur le balcon. Sinon j'ai passé un très bon séjour.」

「I really want to give it a higher rating because the staff is nice and accomodating, but the property had issues at our stay, that I am not sure is resolved, so be sure to call the property to ask. They speak english-big plus. Apt is nice and spacious. There are mini split AC in the unit. However- The AC is tied to some floored installed heating and cooling that made the tile floors “sweat” in the evening.
