"Nice gardens surrounding the house/palace in an isolated natural place inviting to relaxing and enjoy nature. Only 30 minutes to Santoña and other attractions. Restaurant team very friendly but people at reception were not friendly not knowledgeable, so making some situations uneasy. Only breakfast and dinner offered at the hotel restaurants. Food was quite good. A couple of local small restaurants in the town. We likes Casa de Montaña."

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the hills with very highly quality facilities and amenities. The food is great and the service is very personal. The staff are also very welcoming and hospitable. Juana, Yadira, Irima , Marcela and the team made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make us feel welcome . We will be back!"

"A lovely place to stay in the hills, beautiful views. Very clean and comfortable apartment and Borja is very helpful with advice on where to visit. A kettle in the kitchen would be a good addition and wifi can be patchy, otherwise very well appointed. If we’re ever in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Arrived Tuesday, tired from a long drive from Toledo. Immediately looked after. Room was superb with a great view. Room was very clean, bed was excellent. Food very good. Loved the location of the hotel, after 20 days of travelling around Spain and Portugal this rejuvenated the batteries. An excellent hotel. "
