"For starters there was no hot water available in the room, either in the sink or the shower. The fridge did not work, and the phone in the room had no cable, so was not functional. At breakfast the restaurant was understaffed with servers who appeared not to know their job. We informed staff we were in a hurry but did not get drinks for 30 mins, and our breakfast arrived after 50 minutes, just as we had to leave. They also got our orders mixed up and brought my wife - who is celiac - a gluten...

"The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about...
