"Good hotel, not much around as far as authentic Italian restaurants. We were there during the 2026 June heatwave and our room was nice a cool. Room was good, they only give you 2 pillows (not that great either) so you need to call down to get additional. The phone in our room didn't work so anything I needed I had to go down to the lobby. Had a little issue with my laundry, it was lost for a little bit, and didn't get done. The staff did a great job of tracking my laundry down and getting it back to me, once we found it I said I didn't need it washed which is why it didn't get done. The shower door didn't really shut so lots of water and the rain shower head leaked cold water, that part was no good. The last thing, they have a beautiful lounge in the lobby and a roof top lounge as well. For some reason during this heatwave they kept the roof open but never opened the lobby bar. You couldn't be on the roof for a drink at 5p because it was way to hot. Not sure if I would stay again, not because of a bad experience, more because I want more authentic Milan around the hotel. If you want walking distance to train and metro this is the place for you. Also if I went back I would reserve a bigger room, 150 sq/ft for two people is not a lot of space."

"The location of the hotel is convenient, but it is hidden under an overhang next to a parking garage. There is essentially no lobby. It was a strange at first. The rooms were very nice. They provide a glass water bottle upon arrival and offer “free refills,” however they expect you to refill it yourself from a sink on the 6th floor."

"Location was ideal and the apartment was perfect for a grandmother(me) travelling with an 8 year old grandson. He was in the bedroom and I was on the sofa bed in the living room. We were relieved that the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly as there was a heat wave. I could not find all the instructions for the apartment, but once I located those everything was fine. Some of the lights did not work, but they got fixed immediately once I reported them. One of the roller blinds in the bedroom did not work properly. The staff came a few times to try to fix it, but they were unsuccessful. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next person taking the apartment. I would stay there again."

"O espaço é muito bom, tudo novinho, decoração moderna, clean e prática. Sofá-cama já estava pronto. O apartamento estava limpo, com boas toalhas e itens básicos. ótima localização, perto do metrô e de ponto de bonde elétrico e ônibus. Perto da Duomo, Galeria Victorio II e várias lojas. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo!"
