「Check in staff was great!」

「溫馨的體驗,讓人忍不住再次造訪」

「Nice place to stay.」

「The place is absolutely falling apart, all the doors look like they’ve been broken into and the people who LIVE there are rude as they come. My friend came to stay down here for vacation and the front desk assigned him a room in the dead center of a massive group of people who lived in the hotel. One of the men slammed into my friends car, smashing the side in as he tried to park in the ‘no parking zone’ that was next to my friends car. He left, and the woman at the desk basically refused to...

「Clean bathroom and bedroom area. Conveniently located.」

「I like the staff but if they could just clean the rooms better. There is no excuse for hand prints on a bathroom door. Dirty rag left in the bathroom.」

「It was a wonderful experience staying at this location. The only drawback was they did not provide a breakfast.」

「You get what you pay for」

「This place is nasty, thank god i did stay here when they told me there wasn’t more rooms available stay away from this place」

「Seemed like there were several long-term tenants but that was not an issue other than the unusual number of folks in the parking lot when we arrived. Our room was great, woman who checked us in and ran the place was exceptionally helpful, the location was very convenient (right of the freeway), and the price was a great bargain.」

「The pool was half full of green slime, not crystal clear as the photos showed. Half of the rooms were torn up getting renovated. The continental breakfast was laughable. On the positive side, our room was acceptable though the bedspread was stained. The renovation of the bathroom was sloppy. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The bed felt like a mattress pad had been placed on top of a piece of plywood. No cups or drinking glasses in the room. The staff was indifferent and drywall...

「We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked.」
