"Third stay in two months. New property. Staff is always so warm, welcoming and helpful. Clean room. Appreciate the lounge and breakfast for quick pick-ups in the go. Always fresh coffee/tea in the lobby. Looking forward to our next visit next month. "

"It was a fairly new hotel and though not luxurious, it was an okay place to sleep. I do not feel like it was worth what we paid, though. And the $100 deposit at check in to use a debit card is ridiculous. I was told it's because they have been screwed over so many times since they opened - but they were literally just built last year! Breakfast was a typical hotel meal but it wasn't bad. Just nothing spectacular."

"There was no security. Anyone could enter through side doors without a key card. There was no hand soap at the sink; no cups or supplies for coffee or tea in the room. They ran out of eggs at breakfast at about 8:10 am even though breakfast didn’t end until 9. I had to ask for more eggs, which took 15 minutes. They tasted awful. The soda and vending machines were out of order. I could hear the people in the room above me getting in and out of bed and walking around for several hours. The water in the shower was scalding hot alternating with bursts of cold. It was mot a pleasant stay."

"Initially I was given a room that was "available" because I was early and asked about an early check in. And was thrilled to find they were going to give me a suite at no extra charge. I entered my room and proceeded to the refrigerator and freezer to put things away. Upon opening the door I was met with a pungent odor and the unit was warm. Figuring it could have been off awhile I left my items in my cooler bag, and proceeded to get ready and leave for a wedding rehearsal and set up. Upon arriving late evening I noticed there was no difference in the refrigerator. Too tired to deal with it i went to bed and addressed the problem with the front desk clerk in the morning. She had no record of me even being there or anyone in that room! My reservation showed canceled in the system. However upon digging further She found the actual paper showing my check in. I was given a different room. I moved my items to the new room. The appliance worked however there was a hole in the bathroom door, empty soap packaging on the bathroom counter and the frame under the bed seemed a bit small for the mattress. I had to move to the center of the bed to reduce the odds of just rolling off. Then upon checking out I was told there was an additional balance due of over $100. No notation, or explanation for the charges. I furnished the receipt for the reservation. 2 nights, 1 adult, paid in full in advance of my arrival. The desk clerk said she will address with her manager. But allowed me to depart"
