The happy hour drink and included snacks in bar in evening was very good . The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Free cold drinks and coffee in room which were very much appreciated.
Our room , 105 , felt too small for two people , struggled to find room for two suitcases, and we were woken up by noise from people above ."
"Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop). Loved the slippers and dressing gowns and the toiletries provided smelt divine. 10-15 minute walk to the centre but plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants minutes away and there is a bar and restaurant on site. We had a wonderful stay and will return when visiting Milan again."
"This property located right by the metro station, which is convenient to get to all attractions. Also Hotel located about 15 minutes walk to Centrale Milano train station. Breakfast buffet was very good.
What I did not like is that Expedia stated that Hotel provides Bottled water, which it did not.
Shower stall was very small, and no bidet in the bathroom, as was advertised. Also no kettle in the room as was advertised to make the tea.
Generally, dissent 4 star Hotel in Milan."
"Very nice hotel. I was not aware of the location so be sure to check out your airport as there are 3 in Milan. Excellent stay in room and accommodations very nice. May need a wider variety of menu. There are not a lot of restaurants close and the hotel one is expensive. Bed was super comfy."
