「Our rooms were very clean and surprisingly quiet! We were right close to the elevator…Very comfortable king beds! We were very surprised , not knowing anything about Lockhart Texas! Only there over night but it was a great stay!」

「Other than the sheets being clean, the rest of the room was filthy. Dead cockroaches in the room, window sill was covered in dead bugs. The bed itself was as cheap as possible and not comfortable. In the bathroom, the shower spigot actually came off the wall as it was only being held on by caulking, and not very well obviously. The wall unit AC had a weird smell coming from it when I turned it on and when I removed the cover to check the filter it clearly had never been cleaned or replaced and...

「It grows on you. Great location if you want to experience east 6th. Rocking pool with happy hour. Nice restaurant with rooftop bar. Eclectic decor and gift shop. Overall, very fun. Was not disappointed, but half the hotel has hostel style private rooms with shared bath. Gated parking, secure entry. Interesting shops, nice walk to east Austin neighborhoods. Close to downtown and capital of Texas. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower shoes provided with robes.」

「Overall a good one night stay. When we arrived at 3:30 PM the hotel’s Internet was down. We had to wait in the lobby until about 5:30 PM before they let us into our room. They delivered the room cards around 6:15 PM. The staff was good about this but a little disappointed after a 4 hour drive from the southeast side of Houston. Four stars overall.」
