"Parking was good. Room was clean but had to fix the toilet seat myself since the maimtenance people didnt. There were crazy noisy people at night. Also the police were there one night for someone. And twice i had to deal with a staff member who couldnt hear well. And it took her.3 tries to get me in a room that someone wasnt already in! Luckily i am a patient person n looked at my blessings over the other stuff. The rest of the front desk personnel were awesome n accomodating n did a good.job!"

"IT is currently undergoing a renovation. that being said, it is a little dated but clean. The biggest bummer is we like a place with a bar and they closed at 9:30 p.m. on a concert night, bummer!!"

"Front Desk staff not very helpful/generous. Could have easily swapped is into a single king bed for an older couple rather than a double queen. She tried to "upsell" us from a double queen for $20. Really? We felt that was tacky. As Hilton Honors members (who have booked 3 other hotel stays in the last month, that seemed like an easy gesture. She was very snotty about it. If it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired i would have walked right out and canceled the whole reservation. We won't be booking with Hilton in the future if that's the way they nickel and dime their customers. "

"The hotel was clean enough but lots of garbage laying around the outside of the property that took more than a day to clean up. We stayed 3 nights and asked a room attendant who was right outside our door to please just empty the garbage, nothing else needed done and she said ok. We came back that night and she didn’t empty them- I don’t think anyone came into the room and of the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated not long ago (they have the mirror with the button in the mirror that you touch to turn on lights inside the mirror) but there are no fans to vent the shower. You can’t use the mirrors because it takes forever for the mirror to clear on its own unless you leave the bathroom door open. Overall, the hotel was fine for just sleeping at night. Nothing to be excited about, especially for the prices they charge per night."
