「Good customer service」

「I stayed for two consecutive nights and was grateful that the room was serviced again. However, I would have appreciated it more if my pajamas hadn’t been placed on the floor in a corner by housekeeping. 😓」

「Good place to stay. It was clean and in a convenient location. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the sound proofing. I believe people may live above floor two and they stayed up walking around until after midnight. Wouldn’t be a problem at all except there is no sound proofing in the room I was in. Other than that a fantastic place to stay and would recommend.」

「Clean modern room. I liked that there was a small kitchenette included. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and the train station/ bus stops. A fantastic stay while in Aviemore.」

「Very modern property.」

「This is a fairly new property and this is reflected in the modern decor, and clean & smart set up. No staff on site but arrangements communicated beforehand in terms of property access and room key collection were faultless. Parking on site so no issues with proximity. We did not have breakfast (book and pay separately if required). River runs behind the property so soothing sound of running (nay rushing) water throughout. Only issue was the green light (fire regs ?) meant the room was not dark...

「good」

「Had lovely stay ,beautiful hotel ,hosts were lovely, lovely surroundings so quiet and peaceful」

「Warmest reception.」

「Very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful」

「Grand espace pour le séjour et la cuisine. Bien équipé pour cuisiner. C'était propre et le personnel très agréable. Près du centre de Aviemore et de certaines randonnées.」

「Not the best service in the bar」

「The room is little stuffy and hot in summer. I stayed in a family room. There were 2 electric fans but one of them was broken. Reception and staff were friendly.」

「The toilet sink was partially block. When I mentioned this to the lady of the of theB&B she merely said oh! I’ll get my plunger out later. She must have known this before as she cleans the property. The electric shower was ancient and I barely got a shower. Generally the property was less clean than I would’ve expected.」

「Very old hotel need a better maintenance.」

「Cute home & rooms. Note, only walk up, no elevator. Convenient location. Manager was helpful & friendly during breakfast service.」
