「Excellent séjour (chambre avec vue splendide, qualité de service et sympathie/sérieux du personnel). Dommage d'être submergé par des touristes allemands qui se savent pas s'adreser autrui autrement qu'en allemand et employer le vocabulaire italien de base ! 「Saubere und angenehme Unterkunft. Haben einen guten Preis erhalten und sind sehr zufrieden. Hatten das Vierbettzimmer, war etwas klein für 4 Personen aber zweckmäßig in Ordnung! 「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair.
