The room card system did not work properly. We had to wait a while at the reception desk. The staff was very friendly, asked us to have a seat and a cup of espresso. Finally, they solved the problem with a workaround. They explained everything to us. Well done!

Meine Familie und ich sind IBIS FANS:-). Gerade in Locarno wurden wir extrem freundlich empfangen. Vom Empfang bis Barkeeper so sympathisch! Die Lage ist top! Alles kann in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden. Parkplatz Reservation empfehle ich. Wir hatten genügend Platz. Kommen sicher wieder!

Bin eigentlich gern im IBIS, aber andere Gäste wissen sich einfach nicht zu benehmen. Man kann auch ruhig nach Hause kommen.
