「I was not told that our king patio room was above a bar. Spiders in the bathroom. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the window in bath was broken. It wouldn't close and had no screen. Rain shower head had no water pressure and the water did not get warm enough. I waited for the lady at check out to ask about my stay, but she didn't have time for me. So I left my key and walked out. The lady that checked me in was very nice. No continental breakfast to speak of.」

「I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again.」
