「Bedroom and bathroom were clean, comfortable and spacious and domestic staff very friendly. However - catering was terrible. I arrived to be told no evening meals were being served. There was no mention of this on the website, nor when I'd phoned the hotel a couple of days earlier to confirm my booking for a dog. The nearest eateries are 2 miles away. When I told the receptionist that I didn't have a car and had arrived by bus her reply was 'Well you can go back then, the buses are every hour'....
