J'étais surpris que le wifi était payant. Difficulté à trouver une place de parking autour de l établissement. Mise a part ça, tout était bien. Chambre correct et service correspondant à la description !

The hotel was great for the price! Very clean and the pool/bar area was fantastic - the lady who works in the bar/restaurant was lovely and always cheerful. The only issue we had was it took ages to check in! I don’t know if it was just bad luck, but the staff took a long time to check in the people in front of us and it was about half an hour or so until we had the key to our room. We also didn’t realise that the hotel fee, which you pay when you get there, has to be paid in cash (it might state this online but we didn’t realise), so just remember to have some cash with you because we had to go out and find an ATM (luckily it’s just down the street). The only other negative is that one of the cleaners entered our room at around 10am on our last day without knocking and we were still sleeping; then someone else came into the room at 11:30am - even though check out wasn’t until 12:00. So that was a little confusing/unprofessional. However, I would still recommend the hotel because it’s in a great location and the room was really nice for the price.

De todos los hoteles de la zona, este es el que estaba más tranquilo y se agradee muchísimo. La localización era excelente. Unas calles más arriba hay un descampado de arena donde puedes dejar el coche. La piscina está muy bien aunque da sol en el agua por la tarde. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, las sábanas también, y las camas eran muy cómodas. Yo repetiría sin dudarlo. El buffet libre era muy completo, tanto desayuno como cena. Como mejora: por la noche, el buffet debería acabar más tarde, ya que las 21:45 es muy pronto para cenar y más si estás de vacaciones.

Pues no nos parece bien que después de pagar 300€ llegar y tener que pagar 4€ el día por Wifi y solo vale en un dispositivo y tener que pagar tasas,etc.

Too expensive for the quality

Really thin walls, you can clearly hear the conversation of your neighbors and breakfast isn’t good. Also, the hotel do not accept card (at reception for local taxes but also in the bar)

I had one of the few rooms without a balcony and was definitely the smallest room on the floor by a lot according the Fire plan of the floor. Bath really small as well.

Rædselsfuldt hotel

Vi havde glædet os til at komme til Palma og da det var lykkedes os at få vores to voksne døtre med, ville vi ikke gå på kompromis med valget af hotel. Det skulle dog vise sig, at vi fuldstændigt havde ramt forkert, da vores bestilling af hotellet var foretaget ud fra beskrivelsen på hotels.com, hvor det på ingen måde fremgik, at hotellet ikke var godt. Allerede ved indcheckning fik vi bange anelser. Vi føler os på ingen måde hverken sarte eller snerpede, men overalt i receptionen lå unge mennesker og sov og høj musik bragede løs fra højtalere ved poolområdet. Vi forsøgte at få ophævet vores forudbetalte bestilling, hvilket hotels.com reelt godt ville være med til. Det samme ville hotellet, men den "mellemmand" der var mellem hotels.com og hotellet, ville ikke være med til noget som helst. Således ville en udtjekning betyde, at vores penge var spildte, hvilket ikke ligefrem forbedrede humøret. Vi besluttede os derfor for at give det en chance, hvilket vi desværre nok ikke skulle have gjort..! Fra tidlig morgen til sen aften kørte vi rundt på øen, for at slippe for at være på hotellet. De få gange, hvor vi spiste på hotellet, hvilket vi også havde betalt for, fortrød vi da maden var af ringe kvalitet og servicet meget beskidt. 5 af de 7 nætter vi tilbragte på hotellet blev vi holdt vågne af folk der hamrede på dørene eller spillede hensynsløs høj musik. Er du til bræk, mad og slagsmål ved poolen er Ipanema Beach Hotel stedet - ellers ikke! Vi kommer der aldrig mere!

Mi experiencia fue buena lo único que estuvimos casi 2 días sin aire acondicionado en todo el hotel sobre todo en la habitación. El bufet estaba bien lo único que repetían mucho la misma comida y la piscina había veces q estaba sucia. Por lo demás un buen trato tanto con limpiadoras como trabajadoras en el bufet.

Für den gezahlten Preis hat man genau das bekommen, was zu erwarten gewesen ist. Ich hatte ein DZ zur Alleinbenutzung mit Frühstück. Das Frühstücksangebot war reichhaltig, und es wurde auch nachgelegt, wenn mal was nicht mehr vorhanden gewesen ist. Das Personal war auf Zack und hat die Teller etc auch zügig abgeräumt und die Tische neu gedeckt. Das Zimmer war auch neu renoviert und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. TV habe ich nicht genutzt (war glaub ich gegen Gebühr). Auch für WIFi 4€/Tag war nicht gerade günstig. In der heutigen Zeit auch eher unnötig! Was gar nicht ging war die Geräuschkulisse! Nicht von grölenden Urlaubern sondern von der Klimaanlage außen oder einer Baustelle?! Ich habe es nicht herausgefunden. Jedenfalls war von frühmorgens bis spät abends ein leicht rumpelndes Geräusch wahrzunehmen, ohne Ohrstöpsel war es nur schwer auszuhalten. Das Geräusch war komischerweise tatsächlich nur in meinem Zimmer wahrzunehmen, im Flur und Essraum war davon nichts zu hören. Für 3 Nächte war das Hotel dann aber in Ordnung. Zur Playa muss man zunächst einen kleinen Hügel rauf und dann wieder runter. Umgekehrt heißt das jedesmal ein etwas anstrengender Rückweg, aber machbar soweit man nicht Fußkrank ist. Ballermann 6, Megapark, Bierkönig alles entlang der Playa erreichbar (ca. 1,8Km).

The hotel is not organized. On the first day we went for dinner, we were denied entry to the dining room because our room numbers were not on the list. The following day, the staff remembered us. The food was varied, but not delicious. The items that seemed delicious were laced with pork or it’s byproducts. Not everyone eats pork. I have allergy to house dust. The room was not dusted, which resulted in my eyelids swelling and the need for allergy medication. The remote for the television requires €10 deposit. Refrigerators can be rented for €39 and no ice buckets are available. WiFi is €4/day (not free as advertised). The water in the bathroom is warm not hot. The towels were rough discolored and dingy. It was difficult to sleep because of constant noise throughout the night from other guests. We requested a refund for breakfast since we would depart before the hotel’s dining area opens. We got to the reception area and received 2 white plastic bags with one apple, one orange, one bottle of water, one slice of cheese between white bread and one slice of ham between white bread in each bag. There were no questions asked about dietary restrictions as a result we only took the oranges and apples from the bags. We had to buy breakfast at the airport. I was really disappointed by the breakfast to go (especially since we requested a refund). Furthermore, giving someone breakfast in a white plastic bag (no box/plate) is tacky. The uncarpeted floors was much appreciated.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana io ed il mio ragazzo, la struttura è a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, molto accogliente e pulita, le stanze sono nuove mentre i bagni un po’ meno ma comunque puliti. I letti sono molto comodi. In piscina c’è un aerea relax davvero bella. La colazione molto abbondante con un ampia scelta, la cena un po’ meno ma nel complesso buona! L’hotel ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative, consigliatissimo!
