Sehr schönes altes Stadthaus. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Herzlicher und sehr engagierter Empfang. Abseits der großen Touristenpfade, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt zentral in Llucmajor und ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge rund um die Insel. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The room and location were good. However there was a storm which resulted in no electricity or running water due to the pump being electric. Ana the member of staff was helpful and helped us locate another hotel near by 15 minutes away. However we had to then pay 183,98 euros which I hope to recover the difference paid. Som Espanya had other hotels locations near by but they were full.

Die Renovierung des alten Stadthauses ist bestens gelungen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Der Platz vor dem Hotel hat viel Charme und das Essen im italienischen Restaurant war sehr lecker. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können das Hotel unbedingt weiterempfehlen! Mallorca abseits der Touristenpfade.

Ubicazione hotel ok camera piccola e il flusso dell'aria consizionata arriva dritto sul viso se sei a letto e di conseguenza di notte se apri le finestre che affacciano su cucina ristorante fino alle 2 si sente il lavaggio delle sroviglie.

Lovely bright clean room with a great sunbathing area outside. The only downside was the shower didn’t drain properly. We mentioned it to reception on the way out and they promised to fix it.

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel cómodo, nunca te encuentras con personal que atienda, todo es por whastap, el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente, se les rompió la caldera. Lo bueno es que nos dejaron hacer late check out.
