「Pontos positivos: estacionamento grátis no local, equipe atenciosa, local limpo, tranquilo e silencioso a noite e com bela vista das montanhas na varanda. No geral foi ótimo custo benefício. Pontos negativos: Fica um pouco afastado de Andorra La Vella e da maioria das estações de esqui. E eles cobram até pelos pacotes de sal e açucar.」

Tuvimos un percance en carretera y ella se encargó de ayudarnos a solventar y nos acompañó en todo momento. Felicitaciones porque todo su personal son muy atentos! Más que recomendado. 」

「Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. 」

「Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra.」

「We booked this hotel for a cosy week away in the snow and cold, hoped for a spa, good food and a comfy room to watch movies, but what we were met with was the farthest thing from all of this despite advertising. The spa is an added cost PER USE despite the expensive room, the breakfast was, quite frankly, disgusting and cold, (the hot stuff like scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages), and the Wi-Fi was SO SLOW we couldn’t watch a thing on netflix. For five days. We ended up leaving early, because...

「Good hotel with free easy parking. The twin room was a good size and quiet. Staff were friendly but they could clear your table as they pass by. An extra coffee machine would help at breakfast. Food was good. Location is good as away from the busier areas such as La Massana.」
