"I didn’t like that I couldn’t use the pool, you have to reserve ahead of time. Time slot was limited. Everyone at the reception and the restaurant was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good."

Fab decor, comfy beds, great en-suites, spotlessly clean. staff always polite and professional. Excellent prices for hotel restaurant so no need to go off site but lots of other places on your doorstep."

"Internet is not super fast, especially during evenings when I guess no one is using it. Staff is really based in the other Ibis hotel just beside this one. Room was clean but old as the wood paneling on the floor only room was peeling off at parts and the paint is wearing thin on others. The big disadvantage is the location as there are no nearby (walkable) shops or grocery stores although there is a bus that goes to the Alicante city center (Google either gets the schedule wrong or the buses are always late)."
