"Good hotel, but the isolation within the rooms is a little bit low (you can hear easily the noise of people in the other rooms next and above you... It is a pity that you have to pay extra to use the little indoor pool, for sure in low season they should better make it free when the outside pool is not ready for use... "this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. "Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon. "
