「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Sehr schöne, weitläufige grosse Hotel-Anlage mit Hotelteil und 500m vom Haupthaus entfernt der Bungalow-Appartmentteil "Villas". Sehr schlne gut ausgestattete Villen unterschiedlicher Grösse zum Teil mit eigenem Swimmingpool ansonsten mehrere Gemeinschaftspools. Transfer zum Hotel mit Kleinbus oder Fussweg für die Fittness und Sportlichen ( kann man joggen). Selbstversorgung im Appartment möglich da voll ausgestattete Küche ansonsten Frühstück im Hotel möglich. Leider ist die Anlage weit weg...

「5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!!
