The best thing about my trip to Pottsville was the front dest staff. Being so far away from home and being my first visit on the East was a bit nerve racking. However, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. One particular employees stood and and her name was Autumn. Excellent people skills.

Room was clean. Air conditioning worked fine but was loud making it difficult to sleep as it cycled on and off. Plenty of hot water for showers. Plenty of towels. Could have used more toiletries.
