We had a problem with the allocated room being on the first floor snd my wife being in a wheelchair. Staff were brilliant in arranging a change of room eith other guests. Also had an excellent evening meal with our family.

The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave ...
