Very friendly & helpful staff giving the whole place a nice vibe. Great location for the pier, promenade & town. Room was a little bit dated but clean, warm & plenty of hot water.

Mattress was awful. Couldn't sleep. The pillows were so hard they hurt my head. I couldn't shower as I couldn't get shower to work. There was no WiFi. The TV was so small it was like watching a postage stamp.

Clean warm nice shower beautiful view warm and welcoming staff they were kind and compassionate as my husband had just lost his mother who was in a local hospital which was the reason to visit Llandudno prior to booking in and said if we need anything to just ask Breakfast was great a good start to the day plenty of choice. Nicely presented the restaurant staff were attentive pleasant and friendly.

I didnt like being locked in at midnight. And not allowed out till 6:00am. The breakfast was horrible. Waited an hour for it. Staff was nice and friendly. Wont be going back.

Hotel is in a great position, just over the road from the pier, and close to the main shopping street. I booked a twin room, which was on the top floor and the back of the hotel. Decor and furniture, a bit shabby and dated, but the room was very clean and beds comfortable. Some carpeted areas in corridors, were very dirty and need attention. Breakfast was good, as was the service. All staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again.
