The Hotel was very dirty ,there was no Breakfast available, no car parking , no restaurant, no bar and the rain was running down for stairs from a hole in the roof . We were very disappointed with the Hotel

Direkt am Pier gelegen. Großes und sauberes Zimmer (leider aber zwei defekte Steckdosen). Kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten (zwischen 10 und 16 Uhr) direkt vor dem Hotel. Kleines Frühstück aber trotzdem ausreichend.

The hotel is very run down, in need of total renovation, a lot of mould in the shower, however, our bedroom was enormous the bed was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was perfectly adequate. The hotel is in the ideal location and we had a wonderful weekend.

The location of the property is excellent. The possibility of restaurants and shops around the property is superb. The property needs better maintenance. It is a pity that being in such superb location the maintenance of the building is terrible. One big issue is that it did not have elevator and it has very steep stairs. If you have big luggage that is a big problem. Regards JCB

Clean comfortable room with a view of the seafront, facilities were basic but perfectly functional - we didn’t eat at the hotel - there were many available restaurants available in Llandudno - we had a good stay and I would certainly stay again 😊

Friendly hotel with helpful staff.

Elsinore Hotel was for an economical stay in a relaxing, friendly, helpful hotel. Continental breakfast was not until 8.30 am though included in the price.

The room was a great size with plenty of room. Breakfast was continental but was enough and poached eggs good. The hall carpets are old but rooms are fine.

You get what you pay for. Bed was very hard, duvet was very thin, pillows were like paper. No wifi in room. Bathroom had cracked tiles on floor. Room was very cold so had to use a space heater. Breakfast was incredibly basic. However, it is right on the beach front.

Lovely friendly staff, comfortable stay, hotel overall is very dated and rundown in areas, was woken alot by creaky floorboards and noisey guests.

The hotel was in much need of some TLC, looking very tired and dated. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful but basic and the eggs weren't very hot when served.
