Village Hotel Swansea
Good hotel. Stayed for football. a couple of miles to the ground. Arrived at 12:20. Couldn't check in. No rooms until just after 14:00. Given check out is 11:00 I found this rather irritating. Ty Nant
Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com ...
