Only complaint I wish the Air Conditioner fan would stay on all the time . I have a hard time sleeping without the noise

The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.”

It was a good choice, good neighborhood. Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are big for Manhattan. Water were not hot and we switched rooms. Some flies from the pipes.

This is an older property, so going in, you shouldn't expect Trump Tower. That being said, this is a nice place, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My brother's room had a toilet issue that was quickly resolved. If you are looking for a clean place to sleep while you are sightseeing around the city, this is it. Other than stubbing my toe on the dresser outside the bathroom one morning, it was a great stay. A very short walk and you are right in the middle of Times Square. There is also a 24-hour convenience store almost right next door with a grill. I had a cheesburger and fries, awesome! Highly recommend.

Did not eat at the hotel!
