「It's nice place, quiet and delicious food」

「Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it).」

「This is one of the best rooms we ever stayed in Europe. The room was clean, very spacious and great amenities. Our room even had a washer/dryer combo which they provided the pods to use. It is located in the heart of Old Town so everything is accessible by walking. Many restaurants, bars, and sites all around.」

「I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles. It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise. On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice.」

「We love this appartment ! Although the front desk is not 24/7, there is actually no assistance needed during our stay beause the lady already explained all in details. The size of the appartment is perfect. We love the balconies where we had breakfast or/and coffee there. The laundry is at the basement for free which is very good for us to travel for weeks. The location is convenient to go to the central station, central market and the old town (10 - 15 minutes by walk). Pleasant stay!! 」

「The property is well maintained, and has all the necessary facilities including a kitchen, and even washing machine. However it’s located in a basement. If you just need a place to stay at night it would be ok.」

「Last night, I ran into a young man from Japan. It was past 11 PM, and he couldn't find the entrance to the hostel at the McDonald's downstairs; there was no staff on duty to assist him. He asked me for help. After confirming that he had a reservation, I let him in. I kindly tried to help him find a bed so he could check himself in and handle the formalities at the front desk the next day, but he was extremely rigid and panicked, eventually fleeing the scene. This hostel is truly excellent, but...

Le personnel a été accueillant, professionnel et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Le mélange entre le caractère historique du bâtiment et le confort moderne crée une expérience unique. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Riga.」
