"Pictures online looked better than the property looked in person. The property needs a lot of renovation. The initial room we were given was not clean. She did move us to another room and it was an improvement. "

"The price was right and the vicinity to the venue we were visiting was pretty good. The staff was amazing. I felt a little uncomfortable with the number of gentlemen out on their balcony drinking beer and watching us the first night we arrived. That's not really the hotels fault but just our experience. I'm pretty sure there was some kind of fishing contest the weekend that we booked because there were probably 30 boats in the adjoining parking lot. If you are going and are a boater, they do have plugins to charge your equipment outside. The room was clean and I appreciate the fact that the air conditioner or heater stayed on all night. It helped with white noise. The vicinity to other places to eat was very convenient. The grill walking distance away was delicious. Breakfast was lean on protein with No eggs or bacon or sausage. The bread was a little gummy. The coffee was delicious. Overall, I think I would go there again. The few negatives could change the next weekend and the price was right!"

"We were in town for a special event. All hotels raise rates for special events. This is a $75 a night property and we paid $159 We got what we expected. However it was clean and access to everywhere we wanted to go was excellent. The staff was pleasant and attentative to any questions or concerns."

"What an amazing stay,! I always knew the name Drury meant you were staying in style listening toy parents as a child, but wow! Rooms were huge and beds were so comfortable. Free full breakfast that had everything you needed, 3# free cocktails (beer to bloody Mary's) in the evening, and a little classy complimentary dinner buffet that would fill anyone up:) Then top that off with a staff that could teach anyone about high-class customer service, and you have yourself the perfect place to stay! Housekeeping deserves a lot of cudos for their amazing staff and high quality....rooms were immaculate and the front desk went above and beyond with their superior services....I would recommend going out of your way to stay at this palace...well worth it and about one of the last places you can get more bang for your bucks!! Ty to the entire staff! I needed to feel like queen 👑 for the day:)"

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was polite, however, I guess I'ma bit "old school" as I expected the front desk staff to be wearing something more professional than a t-shirt. The breakfast did not look appealing to me, so I skipped it. I was able to park in the fron of the buiding and had no issues. For the price, I felt the stay was overall good, and I would consider staying at Auburn Place again."
