Hotel Intermonti

Hotel nie zasługuje na więcej niż 2 gwiazdki !!! Fatalne śniadania, obiadokolacje jeszcze gorsze. Pokoje czyste , ale za niskie. Wyposażenie jak w Polsce za "Gierka" . Basen i sauna nie działały.Zabawa sylwestrowa była tylko naciąganiem do zapłaty za potrawy.Za czajnik do pokoju wymagano 50 EUR kaucji. System korytarzy i wind jak w labiryncie. Hotel jest ładnie położony , ale na końcu miejscowości, więc wszędzie jest daleko. Stanowczo odradzam pobyt w tym hotelu.

Bene ma non benissimo

E' stato un soggiorno di soli 3 o 4 giorni. Considerata la situazione dovuta al COVID 19 sono in generale rimasto soddisfatto del servizio offerto. Unica pecca il parcheggio. Ho preferito pagare 15€ a notte per il garage al coperto anzichè rischiare di dover penare per trovare un posto in quello gratuito all'aperto che era spesso al completo. Anche perchè per spostarmi ho preferito usare la mia auto piuttosto che prendere la navetta gratuita che porta a Livigno e che spesso era alquanto affollata.

Vicina alla fermata dell'autobus, personale molto cordiale e disponibile alla reception in particolare la ragazza che parlava anche tedesco, la pecca il labiritino di corridoio e ascensori per arrivare fino alla camera

Sprachen sind außer englisch und italienisch keine vorhanden. Sonst ist an der Mühe und Freundlichkeit nichts auszusetzen. Regelung über die Vergabe der Ski-Aufbewahrungsboxen sollte besser getroffen werden.

The hotel is much better than its score rating

The hotel is really good. Great breakfast, nice swimming pool & jacquzi. Very close to one of the lifts ( it is a big divided site. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Only one drawback, which i was totally fine with: the hotel is built upon a hill, and has a several connected buildings, which makes it a bit funny and tricky getting to your room. For example - if you prefer using lifts, you might have to use 2 or 3 of them each time. It is funny but truly the only negative feature. The room was clean and spacious.

Buon hotel ma deposito sci a pagame to.

Hotel confortevole, abbastanza comodo al centro (ampio parcheggio auto o bus, x chi non teme ghiaccio e salite/discese ne in auto ne a piedi). Camere dignitose e molto pulite, un po' vecchiotte ma con letti comodi. Peccato per la moquette e qlk guasto qua e là. Ottima accoglienza e assistenza: tutto il personale è molto gentile! Colazione super. Unico neo: locale sci a pagamento, con l'ovvio divieto di portare in camera l'attrezzatura, non si è mai visto in un albergo sulle piste da sci.

Moldy stinking ceiling

Deffinetly not up to standard considering the cost. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold that smelled badly and had pieces dropping to the floor. The bed was uncomfortable and the furniture old. The parking situation is unreliable, took us over 30 minutes to find a spot after driving for 12h without any help from the staff - even though they advertise it with parking provided. The breakfast buffet was okay. Will not be coming back.

Carino, ma non ci torneremo

L’hotel è una struttura composta da 3 chalet. Siamo Capitati nell’ultimo in fondo per cui il trafitto per arrivare al bar, ristorante e reception era lungo e con scale (inadatto ai passeggini). Il miniclub non era Per nulla ben attrezzato e l’animazione per bambini non era promossa quindi l’abbiamo scoperta per caso...Peccato perchè i ragazzi erano motivati! Il personale molto cordiale, sia al bar che alla reception e al ristorante. Purtroppo solo la minoranza italiana, il che è particolare visto che l’hotel si trova in italia e ci si va anche per sentirne la cultura. Ma la cosa che ci ha proprio delusi è stata la qualità del cibo. Purtroppo Sia la colazione che la cena non meritano minimamente le 4 stelle. La quantità e la scelta c’erano, tuttavia la qualità insufficiente. Poca freschezza o regionalità, molto di precotto e da catena. Il personale carinissimo, ma non basta per giustificare le 4 stelle e compensare le altre carenze!
