Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. Situation right in the heart of the centre so walking distance to most places yet it was so quiet in the hotel you could have been anywhere. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again.

A very unique property, central to all our requirements, station etc, excellent staff and the cleanliness and responsiveness of the operations team was excellent. You could easily call the hotel flash trash, however it is in fact a wonderful whimsical sensory adventure that is simply brilliant. It’s clean and smells good even though you may look at it and think yeah nah! Recommend a stay here for sure.

We arrived early and were told we could have a free upgrade. Our room, which was booked for 4, actually had 8 comfortable beds and was very spacious. The room had beautiful decor and we entered the bathroom which had 2 showers and a bath which was almost like a small swimming pool. Amazing! On the way out the staff suggested places we could go and were very friendly making us love Liverpool all the more. Thank you Shankleys for a great stay!
