Great location, great staff!
Great location for a great price! Staff was very nice! The room was nice, but it does feel weird not having a window! Overall enjoyed our stay.

There was no window in my room and i couldnt turn in the shower cos its too small and narrow The fact i only had to pay £30 for a room and the deposit was £50 and gta wait 3-5 working days when other hitels release deposit day of checkout

It is because we provide considerably more value than that of £30. The deposit is in our hotel policies and never actually leaves your account. It is unspendable and will show as pending for 3-5 working days. This hold time is between yourself and your own banking provider

Room was tiny and no phone service at all...I was in room 208 how that ended up being a basement corner I’ll never know.No bath towels and bathroom was size of a closet.If your solo and just want a bed go for it otherwise stay clear.

We we are called The "Pod"works for a reason. However the towels situation we would like to apologise for. We would have been more than happy to have gotten them for you if you spoke to our 24 hour concierge. We do however understand that a "Pod" room isn't to everyones liking which is why we suggest that all guests read our online descriptions as to what it is our business provides as a service which are affordable compact rooms in the city centre of Liverpool.

Baltic weather in a room!
The room was in the basement. No window. In arriving back in the evening the room was freezing. I attempted to use the control to get heating working with no success. I took the control to the front desk and he gave me instructions. Went back to the room and had no success. Eventually realised that was my lit. Spent a very uncomfortable evening in a cold room. Left at 6.00 as the room was so cold. I am sure it would be fine with heating. Will not be rebooking this location.

Great location
The location is actually good, with several options for bars and restaurants. What we didn't like was the bathroom, which was really small, with no mirrors, and we had issues with no hot water at the shower; so we had to use the shower in another room.
