Clean lines, modest, clean, best shower ever! Loved the spa shampoo and conditioner. No art in walls yet tgat was just fine. Kept it clean and uncluttered. Loved it. Loved the location.

Large room and bathroom with comfortable King bed. Dual head shower with good pressure. Nice coffee/tea service. Free continental breakfast with great coffee machine. Staff nice. Location in Liverpool One so no taxi can get to hotel - you need to walk a couple of blocks. Quiet area at night.

Very new hotel that actually feels like you are entering an office. Everything feels brand new. Rooms are large with wonderful shower and bathroom. Reception is run by very young staff but they are excellent. Very helpful and polite. They even bake the pastries for the morning breakfast in reception. Location is almost in the L1 shopping centre, so if you love the shops, this hotel is ideal. Also few mins walk to Liverpool Central station and Lime St station just 5 mins further up the road.

Great value city centre hotel. Friendly and efficient check in, staff really helpful, good complimentary breakfast. The family room is fantastic for older children, being slightly seperate rather than all in one room. Spacious and very clean rooms, great showers.
