Para un hotel de ese nivel está muy venido abajo. No funciona en la habitación el AIRE ACONDICIONADO.
2 veces llamamos a recepción para q revean el tema, nada. Desayuno, pobre. Buena ubicación.

There was an event locally so rooms were expensive but I was expecting a lot more from Hilton than this. On checking into my room it was dirty with toenails in the middle of the floor. They wanted to discuss this as the hotel was full but I insisted on a room change. 2nd room was similar, carpets threadbare, wooden furniture scuffed and old, just felt grim. Air con on fully all day and night but not cool at all and no windows to open. Main lobby toilets filthy, no toilet roll and glasses from the previous nights around the sink and sanitary bins at 1pm. Staff were lovely and looked shocked when raising these points. Breakfast items luke warm every morning too. Hilton need to support their staff better, the building was boiling with the poor cleaners working in exceptional heat on one of the hottest days. As I say, staff are lovely but clearly let down by Hilton and the need to update the hotel rooms.

This Hilton property is severely outdated- ripped carpets, insects in multiple rooms and stains on bed linen. Unacceptable for a global brand like the Hilton.

The staff were friendly, engaging and professional. The hotel is so central everywhere is a short walk. There's a vibrant atmosphere in the area, with loads of shopping, bars, restaurants to choose from.

Good location, breakfast, staff and clean.
Sadly, the bad points would outweigh staying here again. The rooms are very scruffy (apart from the bathroom). The cost for the Executive Suite is not worth it. The sofa is grubby, the furniture badly damaged, the windows dirty, bed uncomfortable. The included lounge had a coffee machine not working, or with only decaf coffee. The lounge itself was pretty untidy and nothing worth spending time in (dull room opposite reception).

Extremely Noisy Hotel.
Despite the decor and rooms being pretty good, this hotel is purely based on turnover and quantity of guests rather than quality of service.
Every day from 1pm with what I can describe as Hell on wheels, a kareoke truck with 4 huge speakers blasts through the room until 6pm.
Friday and sat night I couldn’t sleep due to loud bass until 2.30am as the ground floor bar pretty much is a nightclub that thumps through my Suite non stop.
I was quizzed twice by staff outside with random “hello sir, can we help you” while having a ciggerette break away from the extreme winds and was ordered to smoke near the ashtray (which was halfway down the street and on the floor due to the winds.
Housekeeping didnt turn up until I called at 4pm…and nothing was hoovered, my rubbish wS still there and pretty much a change of bed sheets and nothing else.
I’ve travelled the world in some of the finest hotels and resorts but this…..I didn’t feel like I belonged there and decided to leave after the Liverpool game on Sunday with a night to spare.
If you want peace and quality of service, I can’t really push for this place. It’s purely focussed on numbers rather than leaving a good impression for guests and it’s a shame as my suite was really nice albeit a dodgy toilet seat and empty fridge.
This is the first hotel that made me want to leave early and homesick but otherwise great location, lovely modern design but everything seems to be focussed on turnover of guests.

I’ll start by saying it is a good hotel, in a great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great with a good mix of hot and cold choices. Would have given 5 stars but for the following: our room on the 5th floor was a bit too warm, even though we hung our towels to re-use as per the sign in the bathroom they were replaced daily which is not environmentally friendly, breakfast was understaffed so tables were left uncleared for some time even though there were hotel staff available to assist, the seating area immediately to the side of the hotel was not maintained - benches were broken and rubbish not cleared.

When we got into the room, we wanted to take a shower. There was no hot or even warm water. The air conditioning did not work either. We ordered room service and the food never came. Called front desk many times without anyone answering. Would not recommend.
