「Hotel pessimo. Avevamo prenotato con posto auto incluso, ma al nostro arrivo non c'erano posti disponibili ed era impossibile parcheggiare in strada a Saranda. Inoltre, la maniglia della porta della camera era quasi del tutto allentata, non facendoci sentire sicuri. Il personale della reception è stato molto maleducato.
