「Staff was nice, but this hotel has deteriorated in the last 6 years. We started going to this Hampton in 2019. It was excellent then. Today in 2026,one of the elevators was not working at all. The other one was marginal. I used the stairs for fear it would stop and I’d be stuck. Parking is difficult. Spaces are narrow and not many left if you get there later in the evening. Hope they get new management.」

「Awesome and friendly front desk staff. Lot of items in the morning breakfast. We had good experience. Highly recommend others」

「It wasn’t ready to stay. 1st night we checked in, the room wasn’t ready to stay. The bed wasn’t made it and toilet wasn’t ready to use」

「Staff was pleasant and very helpful.」

「Great location very close to South Valley Park hiking trails, nearby restaurants, also convenient highway access for trips to Golden, Boulder, Red Rock. Good breakfast buffet, appreciated the "to go" breakfast bag available for our early morning check out.」

「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said...
