"Beautiful old building, well maintained. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was great. Bathrooms in these old inns are afterthoughts, this one was squeezed in and did not match the high nightly price the inn charges. "Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel. I was not told about Housekeeping, when check out is on my departure, or even what stores or amenities are nearby. The second day of my stay, I did have a helpful...
