"The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of LA. It has that feeling of old fashion grandeur without being out of date. Room service food was amazing for room service food, though a bit pricey. Wonderful staff at check in and valet parking. No pressure to tip but I did because it was well deserved. Pet friendly. "Dangerous shower, no anti stick and no shower mat. Woman outside screaming profanities day and night (not the hotel's fault, just local crazy person). Diniing option not great. Very clean and pleasant room, good TV and pleasant, helpful staff."

It was clean, the environment was nice, the staff was friendly and the amenities (courtyard, indoor seating, lobby/common area spaces) were great. I absolutely enjoyed my room with the view of the city. Being this close to restaurants, shopping and other attractions was a definite plus. "
